Theory Involved

UTAUT UTAUT was formulated by Venkatesh et al (2003), which consists of four main concepts, Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), and Facilitating Conditions (FC). These four main concepts are independent variables which influence dependent variables, behavioral  and usage. Gender, age, experience, and volunteers of system use have indirectly influenced the dependent variables via the four main concepts . Behavioral intention is seen as a critical predictor of technology use. Performance expectancy:  The degree to which an individual believes that using the system will help him or her to attain gains in job performance. Performance expectancy is hypothesized to moderate the influence on behavioral intention by gender and age. Effort expectancy:  The degree of ease associated with the use of the system.
